About Virtual Tournament

coach Kanygin's Kettlebell Sport Tournament

coach Kanygin's Kettlebell Sport Virtual Tournament Rules

Rules are simple:

1. Register for a qualifying virtual competition, choosing Biathlon, Long Cycle or Snatch events.

2. Prove that your belong to your weight class by submitting a video of your weigh-in. Video can be shared as 'private' through youtube or emailed to us.

2. Compete on a set date, at designated time - you must let us know at least 24 hours before exactly when you will be competing.

Verify the competition time by including live clock (http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/) in your video footage of your lift.

This ensures that you are not doing many sets, sending us only the best one. Only this one set counts.

3. Send us video of your lift via youtube.

4. Submissions will be judged and results posted.

5.Top 50% from Qualification Competitions will move on to Quarter Finals (held in September 2012)

6.If you do not qualify, you may register and try again next time (you will have 10 attempts - 10 qualifying competitions).

7. Win and collect awesome prizes. Good luck!
